Sports Psychology

Sport and Exercise Psychology at RE:PLAY is a highly-qualified and specialist support service that applies psychological skills and knowledge to help our clients achieve their training and performance goals as well as live a more meaningful life through sport and activity.

This service is approachable and accessible for all, seeking to focus on you as a unique individual and where necessary work with you and the other members of the RE:PLAY team. 

We are well placed to help clients through challenges they are facing, or can equally support those seeking to find new levels of performance and enjoyment in their sport – you don’t have to wait for a problem to engage in psychological support.

In practice, the support will often look and feel like an open-ended conversation aimed at developing new levels of self awareness as well as learning the psychological skills that can help you.
