RE:PLAY’s bespoke strength & conditioning consultancy will target your unique performance goals. Our scientific and unique approach is proven to optimise your resilience and athletic performance. All our coaches have degree level education in sport & exercise science or higher and experience within elite sport.
Through a process of screening and understanding your training history we will build an effective programme for you, enabling you to train with intent and become the best version of yourself.

We are well placed to help clients through the challenges they are facing, and support those seeking to find new levels of performance – you don’t have to wait for a problem to engage in psychological support.
The sport psychology team is comprised of Dr. Darren Devaney and Dr. Lisa O’Halloran.
