Zoe Toland

Zoe is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Strength and Conditioning Coach with a strong interest in musculoskeletal and sports injury rehabilitation. She graduated with First Class Honours from the University of South Australia and is also a qualified Clinical Pilates instructor through Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute.

Zoe has worked with clients across a range of sports, including running, football, and netball, with a particular focus on athletic development, strength training for runners, and injury rehabilitation. Her passion for movement began at a young age through dance and long-distance running, and this continues to drive her client centred approach.

She enjoys supporting people of all ages and abilities to move well and feel strong. Zoe is committed to creating personalised, evidence-based exercise programs that empower each individual to achieve their goals—no matter what the starting point.
