Row Quinn
Rowan is a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 13 years’ experience in injury rehabilitation, strength & conditioning and athletic performance. He has worked with athletes and teams across a wide range of sports, including rugby, football, athletics, swimming, gymnastics and dance.
His experience includes working with the FAI, Irish Olympic and Commonwealth athletes, Devon Rugby and Swim Ulster, as well as five years as Lead Senior Team Physiotherapist and Club Strength & Conditioning Coordinator at Plymstock Albion Oaks RFC.
Rowan takes a performance-focused approach to rehabilitation, looking beyond the immediate injury to address relevant weaknesses, capacity and factors that may contribute to future problems. His aim is for every athlete to finish rehab stronger, more resilient and better prepared than when they started.
