Dr Lisa O’Halloran
Dr. Lisa O’Halloran is a Sport Psychologist with 8 years’ experience working in elite sport at youth and senior levels. Lisa completed her BSc Applied Psychology with Sport Science and MSc Sport Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University. Lisa was awarded her PhD from Liverpool John Moores University where she investigated the lived experience of ‘critical moments’ and identity development in elite Premier League Academy football. Lisa is a CASES Accredited Sport and Exercise Scientist and a HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist.
Lisa has worked as the Sport Psychologist for the First Team and Under-21s at Coventry City Football Club, as well as for Team GB and Northern Ireland Transplant Sport. She has provided one-to-one consultancy support to athletes competing at levels ranging from international to recreational, across a wide range of team and individual sports. Lisa has worked as a Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Coventry University and as a Senior Lecturer at Nottingham Trent University. Lisa has a passion for high performance, athlete wellbeing, and providing bespoke psychological support to individuals during critical moments and career transitions.
